The Inaugural ICPAS Accounting and Finance Summit 2026 marks a historic milestone for the accounting and finance profession in Somaliland.

This first national summit, convened by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Somaliland (ICPAS) , will establish a permanent, evidence-based platform for dialogue on accounting, finance, taxation, and public financial management.
